The State Games of Oregon Judo Tournement will be held on 8/18/2012 at North Valley High School in Grants Pass.
Tournament will be playing with IJF modified rules
There will be no double knee droped allowed for competitors under the age of 13
Choke holds for 13 and older
Arm bars Brown and Black Belts only
Matches will be 3 minutes
