Obukan Judo Dojo Inc., will hold elections for positions on the Board of
Directors at the following location, date and time:

Time: 8:00 PM
All current members in good standing of Obukan Judo Dojo are eligible to
vote. Through proposal and discussion, the general membership will
determine the following:
1. The number of Board of Director positions to be elected.
2. Determination of the term limits for each Board of Director position.
3. Election of individuals to the Board of Directors.
Per Obukan Judo Dojo constitution and bylaws, the newly elected Board
of Directors shall appoint the Dojo Officer positions of; President, Vice-President, Secretary,
Treasurer and Legal Advisor. Dojo Officers shall serve two year terms.
It is not expected that the newly elected Board of Directors, select the
Dojo officers at this particular meeting. The Board may also appoint Program
Directors or establish committees as needed.
